    When The Angel Wanna cry!

A Crying Man looked at blue sky

Dear my God, are you in there

On the high and or on another star

He wonders God in his heart

Coz you know, God didn’t know

His life weird and wanna cry

Why you send me to this land

With no fang or wings in his back

    He always shouted for God

Jack saw a tall man with long hair walking though the beach. But everything is in the black-white color. (14, April, …)

    – Jack felt he was flying in the sky. A man appeared, took a piece of bones out of Jack body. An angel with the white wings was created.

And a strange, fantastic, beautiful melody came out. It was like a music for the ending of a scenery of life, and beginning of something else. The sound purified his mind, Jack felt great when enjoying it.

“A magical music, A goddess music. Maybe…” His eyes were forced to open slowly. But when he completely opened the whole eyes, what he realized then was he was still in his room. (23, August,…)
Well, I’m not dead, or even no reborn. Just a dream. But it’s special dream…” He remember the previous day, he complained and blamed his destiny for God. Maybe, It was a message by somehow. “Not dead, not reborn” He wished it would have be a truth, because he felt no pain and the new life would have be so great.
On the afternoon of the next day, Jack went to a church where he had never gone inside. When he came, he was surprised that the big room in his dream was the room inside the church. “But how? had never gone inside here, how ridiculous!”

A Shit Text of My Life (18, Au,2022)

You know, life is not always good. Sometimes, you even feel blue. Everything is up and down. The only way you can do at that time is taking any chances which come to.

“Sharpen the saw”, we need that. Motivation is not so much important at that time. We still have to do something which is very boring to step forward. In high schools or universities; we are ranked by scores, certificates, or knowledge.

After graduated; they are money, jobs, and social ranks. Life is like a race which hasn’t the last destination. That race we runs for scores (schools, universities), money & social rank (after education time), family (wife/husband & children), children education. Hope it’s always okey for me and you.

“Be proactive always, not reactive. Our life is product of values not feelings. Our life is based on the decisions not conditions. We can choose the weather of feelings inside us everything time and everywhere.” ___Habit 1, being proactive (“7 habits of high effective people” by Stephen Convey).

You know my life is sometimes like shit. I have regretted about the past lots of times. I even had the time hoping I wouldn’t done some stuffs. Zeus & Poseidon – Big Battle! Serious Rain and Thunders in Vinh – 11/07/2022

Last night, Zeus (the god of thunder) came out of Olympus to meet his lover. On this morning and noon, the goddess Hera discovered it and asked her brother, Poseidon – The God of Sea, to handle it for her. The two gods quarreled loudly and began fighting seriously — this combat caused heavy rain and thunderous lightning.

In the afternoon, the two gods were a bit tired, so they ended the battle with an exciting idea from Zeus.
According to Hera’s order, Appollo’s son, the god of light, ran out to investigate the results; The sun was back up like there’s never been rain and thunder.
In the sky, there are still big clouds created by the god Poseidon because they were tired of fighting, so Zeus invited his brother to eat Seafood at Cua Lo. Poseidon made these clouds to hide their seafood party from the eyes of Goddess Hera.

Chapter 1.3: Blue Sky, Blue Feeling – Book: The sun shines when I meet you

Hu San, I have moved to this countryside for three days.
I am looking at the sky when the time is mid-day. The sun is shining. Hot, of course!
I have sent the second letter about my life here to Mai Hy. She didn’t mention it much. “You wrote one chapter so fast, so surprised,” she said when reading my novel’s second chapter.
“Mmmm… You see, sometimes much, sometimes not. It depends on the days. The easy way to write a story is just writing it based on real life.” I continued, “Today, my aunt asked me to go to the temple near the mountain to get some silly luck…Fate, people always talk about that.”
“Did you go or not? “It’s a pity I didn’t go; the journey began at 4h30 am. I could not wake up at that time. It sounds good. Though I don’t like visiting temples with them, it’s no doubt that this event might have given me some great ideas for my novel.”
“Is that so?” She sends a smile icon in the Zala chatting box.
I send one more message to her. I mention her funny hat. However, I only receive her reply the next day. We discuss something else then, but not much.
I don’t know. Maybe Mai Thy doesn’t have a strong feeling for me as I have for her. It made me feel a little uneasy. Going out of the house, I stand enjoying the beauty of this land—bamboo, Tree, flowers, sky, and river. The atmosphere is full of blue, the color it always has. My feeling was blue, too.
Today, I have lots of things to do for work.

The melodious music and the kitchen smoke in the countryside make the soul light and refreshing. Summer spirits drifted through space, others just floated with fanciful colors. A few kids in the neighborhood looked at the little god statues I brought home and placed them somewhere in the house. He pulled out a large old notebook from his bag and began to write a few lines of calligraphy:

Mei Fun – My fist time to cook this dish (Pork Dry-Stir-Fried Mei Fun)

Mei Fun is a famous Chinese dish. This dish is also quite popular in Cantonese-speaking areas or overseas Chinese areas. or countries like Singapore or Hong Kong, Malaysia…
Today I made some dishes of Pork Dry-Stir-Fried Mei Fun for my family.

In addition, because there was a surplus of rice vermicelli, I made an additional soup dish of vermicelli noodles in five colors.
Mei Fun uses Rice Vermicelli. Mei Fun is famous for a plate of dry-fried rice vermicelli with meat and vegetables. Moreover, you will need to use meat, eggs, onions, and some other spices for processing. But overall it’s pretty simple.
Small note: You should not add water while stirring the Mei Fun strands as well as during the process of turning the food. This will cause the noodles to break. Mei Fun is most delicious and beautiful when the Mei Fun fibers still retain their inherent length.
The first time I made Mei Fun, I added a little water while stirring. So the noodles were broken. However, the food is also quite good.

With a wok, you can do two techniques: Wok Hei and Pow Wok. Wok Hei can be explained as “The air of wok” or “The Breath of Wok”. Though the meaning “the air of Wok” is more official, I would love to use “the breath of Wok”. Just because it sounds more lively. When you use Wok Hei, a high flame will appear, which will affect the food doneness inside the wok. Pow Wok is the technique in which you scoop up all the ingredients in a wok without a spoon.
